Ingredients:
78% whey protein concentrate (from milk); buttermilk (from milk); flavourings; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); salt; thickener (cellulose gum); sweetener (sucralose), colours (carotenes, ammonia caramel).
Directions for use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 serving before training and the second immediately after it. The recommended daily portion of the product is 60 g.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Storage:
