Ingredients:

Tribulus terrestris L. fruit extract [95% saponins] (42%), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily with an appropriate amount of fluid. On training days: 1 capsule 30 min. before training.
On non-training days: 1 capsule 30 min. before bedtime. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage:

Out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
