Method of preparation and use: For adults, consume the contents of 1 bottle per day, preferably before a meal. Drink the contents of the bottle (10 ml of liquid) with water or dissolve it in a glass of water (up to 45°C) before use. It is recommended to shake the contents of the bottle before use.
If left standing for a long time, the liquid may become cloudy and precipitate, so it is recommended to shake it well before use.
