Usage: adults are recommended to take 4 tablets 2 times a day with water. A positive effect occurs only when 1 g of activated carbon is consumed at least 30 minutes before a meal, and 1 g of the substance - immediately after a meal. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food.

Storage conditions: at a temperature no higher than 25 °C , protected from direct sunlight, out of the reach of children, in a sealed package.

Warnings: it is recommended to leave a 3-hour break between the use of activated carbon tablets and drugs, because activated carbon can reduce the absorption of drugs taken at the same time. The pill may turn stools black. It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and small children.
