Usage:

Aromatic lamp: pour 2-6 tablespoons of warm water into the aromatic lamp, add a few drops of essential oil, put a burning candle (tablet made of alcohol and paraben) in the lower part of the lamp.

Aromatic bath: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (sea salt, honey), dissolve in 0.5 l of warm water, add to a bath filled with water. Duration of the procedure: 10-20 minutes.

Put 2-3 drops of essential oil on a natural cloth and place it next to the bed.

Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to an aromatic pendant or locket.

Massage: the massage effect will be enhanced by adding 3-7 drops of essential oil to 10-15 ml of dessert or food a spoonful of massage cream or fatty oil.

Baths and saunas : you can prepare this aromatic solution: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 1-2 tablespoons spoons of honey (or sea salt), dilute the resulting mixture in 500 ml of water. In saunas, you can use 1-1.5 l of aromatic essential oil to wet wooden floors, brooms, and the surface of stoves. In saunas, place a 200-300 ml container with aromatic essential oil on the stove in the steam room, and also use it to spray benches and walls. Duration of the procedure: 3-20 min. (increase the duration gradually).

Also with this aromatic you can add essential oil to the composition of the used cosmetic products: add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 1 dessert spoon of cosmetic product (cream, gel, shampoo, balm, toner), mix and use according to the instructions for use of this cosmetic product.

Attention: do not take inside!

Contraindications : individual intolerance to the components.

If the mixture gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

Storage conditions : store in a tightly closed bottle at an ambient temperature not higher than +25 С, out of the reach of children. Protect from contact with sunlight
