Raw material: anise essential oil is produced from annual anise (Anisum vulgare Gaerth or Рimрinеllа anisum L.) seeds by steam distillation method.

  Steam baths: pour 0.5-1 liter of hot (80-90 ⁰ C) water into a wide bowl, add 2-3 drops of essential oil, bend over, cover your head with a towel (must close your eyes!) and breathe the aroma calmly without tension 7-10 min. After the bath, you can apply an aromatic mask or wash yourself with an aromatic mixture.

  Washing: in 1/3 tsp. add 2-4 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of emulsifier (40% alcohol, honey, whey), pour into 500 ml of warm (spring or boiled) water, wash your face (must close your eyes!), dry with a towel.
