Usage:

Aromatic lamp: add 2-6 tablespoons of warm water to the aromatic lamp, add a few drops of oil, put a burning candle (tablet made of alcohol and paraben) in the lower part of the lamp.

Aromatic bath: add 3-5 drops of the mixture to 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (sea salt, honey), dissolve in 0.5 l of warm water, add to a bath filled with water. Duration of the procedure: 10-20 minutes.

Place 2-3 drops of the mixture on a natural cloth and place it next to the bed.

Add 1-2 drops of the mixture to an aromatic pendant or locket .

Massage : you can enhance the massage effect by adding 3-7 drops of the aromatic mixture to 10-15 ml of dessert or food  a spoonful of massage cream or fatty oil.

Baths and saunas: you can prepare this aromatic solution: add 5-10 drops of the mixture to 1-2 tablespoons  spoons of honey (or sea salt), dilute the resulting mixture in 500 ml of water. In saunas, you can use 1-1.5 l of the aromatic mixture to wet wooden floors, brooms, and the surface of stoves. In saunas, place a 200-300 ml container with the aromatic mixture on the stove in the steam room, and also use it to sprinkle benches and walls. Duration of the procedure: 3-20 min. (increase the duration gradually).

You can also add this aromatic mixture to the composition of the cosmetic products you use: add 3-5 drops of the mixture to 1 dessert spoon

cosmetic products (cream, gel, shampoo, balm, toner), mix and use in accordance with the instructions for use of this cosmetic product.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components.
