An important ingredient in the mixture, petitgrain oil, has relaxing properties. Improves mood and well-being, affects the central nervous system , reduces stress-induced somatic symptoms (e.g. heart palpitations or hand tremors). Lavender oil, on the other hand, has calming and soothing properties, making it great for relaxing just before falling asleep .
