Cardamom essential oil is obtained from the seeds of the elettaria cardamomum plant by steam distillation. Although cardamom is mostly known as an aromatic spice, it has many medicinal properties that can be successfully used on a daily basis for health, appearance and well-being. And this has been known for a long time - in ancient Greece it was synonymous with luxury, in Arab medicine it was considered an aphrodisiac, and in China it is an irreplaceably important medicinal product.

Known for its antimicrobial properties, it is an excellent air purifier and disinfectant for small wounds. It can be successfully used as a natural yet effective surface cleaner.
