The bowl is made of a massive layer of stainless steel, which makes it more resistant to high temperatures (it is significantly thicker than standard bowls that we find in our kitchen). It has a flat, beveled bottom, thanks to which it will stay stably on the stones. The bowl can be used as a container for essential oils, emulsions or crystals - just place them in it to produce an aroma when the temperature rises. The filled bowl should be placed on heated stones in the sauna.

When choosing essential oils for the sauna, you should first pour approx. 20-50 ml of water, then add any amount of essential oil as desired. After the session, be especially careful - remove the bowl from the sauna fire using gloves, or wait until it has cooled down completely.
