Roman chamomile essential oil is a well-known and well-loved product. The extract is extracted from the flowers (and sometimes the buds) of the small plant Anthemis nobilis using a steam distillation method. The essential oil has a light fruity herbal scent with a hint of green apple. It fights stress and negative emotions, helps with sleep disorders, relaxes and relaxes. It stabilizes emotions and calms down - not only for adults, but also for children, it shows an excellent therapeutic effect. The scent, while undeniably lovely, is really strong and should be used sparingly.
