Pink pepper essential oil is a natural solution to many health problems. It is obtained by steam distillation from the ripe berries of the pepper tree (Schinus molle). The seeds are often called false pepper because they do not contain piperine, one of the main components of black pepper that gives it its characteristic hot taste. However, pink pepper essential oil has unique and very beneficial properties.

Pink pepper oil - properties

Pink pepper essential oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. When used during massage, it produces a warming effect, thereby reducing muscle and joint discomfort (caused by medical conditions or strain) and also stimulates circulation, which greatly affects proper circulation. The product supports the natural functions of cells and improves the general functioning of the body.

It also has great cosmetic potential. Nourishes and gently cleanses the skin, soothes dermatological problems, restores color. Due to its strong heating properties, the product should be used carefully and sparingly on the face (and other sensitive parts of the body).

The oil has a very interesting, fruity-floral, slightly woody, warm aroma. It increases alertness, stimulates and helps focus - perfect for work or a long car journey. For the same reason, it is better not to use the oil before going to bed. Although the extract is highly valued in medicine, it remains little known in aromatherapy. And yet it blends well with most essential oils, enhancing the healing and aromatic effects.
