Add 30 ml* of fragrant emulsion to 1 liter of water in a bucket of water, cool the stones with water, pour the prepared mixture on the stones until the desired aroma intensity is reached in the sauna. The emulsion can also be added to 100 ml of water in a metal bowl. Do not place the bowl directly on the stones. Never pour on dry and hot stones as you may burn the oils in the emulsion.

Add the contents of the bottle to 1 liter of water and use according to the instructions for the pad generator and dosing pump.

Add 50 ml* of the emulsion directly to the water. Stop bathing if skin redness occurs.

Sauna fragrance emulsion - how to use for inhalation at home?

Pour 30 ml* of the emulsion into a bowl placed in a safe place with 1 liter of hot water. When the smell is gone, prepare a new mixture with fresh hot water.
