Ingredients:
Amino acid mixture (-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-alanine, taurine, L-arginine), emulsifier - soy lecithin, acidity regulator (citric acid, malic acid, sodium carbonate), aroma, color: beetroot red, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), vitamins (cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Directions:
Mix 1 scoop (14.5 g) with about 225 ml of cold water. Consume during or after training. Do not exceed two servings per day.
To maximize the effectiveness of the product, drink 3.5 liters of water per day in combination with a diet rich in carbohydrates and protein. Your body composition will affect how quickly you feel the effects of Amino X. Amino X becomes most effective in weeks 3-12. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue use for at least 4 weeks.
