Consumption. For adults: mix 1 teaspoon (10 g) of the product thoroughly in a glass of water and drink immediately. Drink another glass of water. Use 2-4 times a day before or after meals, according to body weight and individual characteristics (the dose of dietary fiber is individual for each organism). It is recommended to use half of the indicated dose for the first two days and gradually increase it. In order to reduce body weight, use the product 15-20 minutes before a meal, as it fills the contents of the stomach when it swells and reduces appetite. For children: up to 12 years - half the adult dose; up to 6 years should be given only on the recommendation of a medical specialist. Attention! Take this product with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not use the product if you feel stomach pain, nausea, or vomiting. If you use the product for a long time, take a break of 2-3 days and you can use it again as much as you need. Do not exceed the intended recommended dose. Do not use the food supplement as a food substitute. Store at room temperature, out of the reach of children. After the expiration date, the preparation should not be used.
