SUPPLEMENT OF COSMETICS

Mix 4-6 drops of spruce essential oil or any mixture of this oil mentioned above with 15 g (ml) of cream, lotion, gel, rinse aid, shampoo.

MASSAGE

Mix 3-6 drops of spruce essential oil or any mixture of these oils with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (jojoba / jojoba /, almond, peach, grape seed) or cream of your choice.

BATHROOMS
