Hypersensitivity, arterial hypertension, hyperexcitability, acute infectious diseases, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, insomnia, cerebrovascular pathology; pregnancy, lactation period; children's age (up to 12 years).

In rare cases, allergic reactions, tachycardia and headache are possible.

When using the drug, sleep may be disturbed and hypoglycemia may occur.

Eleutherococcus preparations enhance the effects of stimulants and analeptics (caffeine, camphor, phenamine, etc.), are physiological antagonists of the hypnotic effect of drugs that depress the central nervous system (including barbiturates, tranquilizers, anticonvulsants, etc.).

Eleutherococcus liquid extract is taken before meals.

Adults are given 20-30 drops 2-3 times a day. For children from 12 years old - 1 drop per year of life.

The course of treatment is 25-30 days.

If necessary, after consultation with the doctor, courses are repeated with two-week breaks (or without them).

Liquid extract of Eleuterococcus should not be taken in the afternoon to prevent sleep disturbances.

If hypoglycemia occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose of the drug, take it after a meal or stop taking the drug.
