Melatonin helps reduce* the time it takes to fall asleep.
*A positive effect occurs when taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
Ingredients: humectant glycerol, red passionflower ( Pasiflora incarnata ) leaf liquid extract, water, medicinal valerian ( Valeriana officinalis ) root extract, melatonin, preservative potassium salt of sorbic acid.

Instructions for use: shake before each use. Use 5 drops (0.14 ml) for adults, diluting them with a small amount of water. Drink this amount in the evening before going to bed.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not use in children. During pregnancy or lactation and in case of autoimmune diseases, liver and kidney diseases, consult a doctor before use. Use of the product may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate potentially hazardous machinery after using this product. Do not use in persons sensitive to the product's components.
Do not exceed the set recommended rate. Should not be used as a meal replacement.
Keep closed in a dry and dark place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature not higher than 25 ̊ C.
