Raw material: grapefruit essential oil is produced from grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) peels by hydrodistillation and filtered.

Main chemical components: limonene, cadinene, pinene, myrcene, paradisnol, geraniol, nerol, citronellal.

Features:

METHODS OF EXTERNAL USE

Mix 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil or any mixture of these oils with 15 g (ml) of the base (cream, tonic, lotion, shampoo).

MASSAGE

Mix 5-7 drops of grapefruit essential oil or any mixture of these oils with 12 tablespoons of vegetable oil (jojoba / jojoba /, almond, peach, grape seed) or cream of your choice.

BATHROOMS

Add 6-7 drops of grapefruit essential oil or a mixture of this oil, pre-mixed with 12 tablespoons of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt), to a full bath of water. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

AROMASIZATION OF THE PREMISES

• skin - apply an aromatic mixture (1 drop of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil) with a piece of cotton wool on a patch of skin on the inner side of the forearm, the bend of the wrist or elbow, behind the ear or in the area of ​​the sternum. If no signs of skin irritation (redness, itching) appear within 12 hours, then that essential oil can be used on the skin  procedures.
