2-4 capsules contain: 200mg-400mg of hawthorn (ot.Crataegus) leaves and sedge mites, which contain 13.4mg-26.8mg of procyanidins, 40mg-80mg of magnesium (10.6%-21.2% of the reference nutritional value) .

Usage: adults take 1-2 capsules in the morning and in the evening after a meal.
