• Vitamin C helps support the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for normal cartilage function, bone function and skin function.
• Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth.

Usage: add the contents of one packet to a glass (200 ml) of water or juice and mix. Take 1 packet per day, with or after a meal. Use with caution if there is hypersensitivity (allergy) to the ingredients, shellfish products. For a different dosage, we recommend you consult your doctor or pharmacist. It is recommended to use the food supplement for up to 3 months.
