Usage
It is recommended to drink half a tablet a day, after a meal, with plenty of water. If necessary, you can take 1 tablet per day. People sensitive to the laxative effects of magnesium (taking more than 250 mg) should take half a tablet twice a day. Do not use on an empty stomach.
