Toning balm Notaton is washed off after 6-8 times. Do not use for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes. Avoid getting the balm in the eyes. Test skin sensitivity before use. Apply the balm behind the ear near the hairline. After 30 min. to wash If there are no signs of irritation within 24 hours, you can use the balm.
How to use: Apply the toning balm on unwashed damp hair, lather until a soft foam is formed and leave it on for 25-30 minutes. To get a richer and longer-lasting shade, leave it on your hair for 30-40 minutes. Wash off the foam and rinse your hair thoroughly.
