Powdered acacia gum (gum arabic).

Directions:

Mix 1 level tablespoon of powder with at least 1 glass (240 ml) of water or juice and consume immediately, once a day. During the use of the preparation, consume an additional 1-2 glasses of water per day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase the amount consumed to 1 flat tablespoon per day over the course of 1-2 weeks.
