B-100 Tabs provide all the B vitamins as well as choline and inositol. These vitamins support energy production, support healthy homocysteine metabolism, and promote nervous system health. B-vitamins are water-soluble and, with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the body, so they must be supplemented daily. Although B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are only of animal origin (meat and dairy), and B-12 supplements may be especially important for vegetarians.
