How to use:
Massage the cream onto smooth skin areas such as wrists, arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest, once or twice daily.
- Premenopausal women should use 14 days before their first period. day of menstruation. Then stop using it and repeat.
- Women in menopause should use it for 21 days, stop for 7 days and repeat.
