Ingredients:
Glucose, maltodextrin, fructose, L-alanine, creatine monohydrate, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator - citric acid, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate, L-leucine, L-tyrosine, taurine, L-carnosine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), stabilizer polyvinylpyrrolidone, L-isoleucine, L-valine, flavor, anti-caking agent silica, caffeine, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K.
Directions:
Consume as needed 1-2 tablets. It is not recommended to take more than 2 tablets in 1 hour. Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets.
