Ingredients:
L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, L-Leucine, aroma, substances anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, silicon dioxide), acids (citric acid, malic acid, L(+)-tartaric acid), N-Acetyl L-carnitine, N-Acetyl-L-tyrosine, colours (beetroot red, beta-carotene, curcumin), watermelon juice powder, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), natural caffeine, L-theanine, grape extract (Vitis vinifera, seeds), pyridoxine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit), nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, cyanocobalamin.

Directions:
Mix 21 g (approximately 2 equal scoops) with 400 ml of cold water and shake for 30 seconds. Consume 15-30 minutes before exercise. Use consistently over a longer period of time in conjunction with a well-balanced diet and exercise program.
