Features:

The aromatic mixture «Soothing» relaxes, helps to get rid of tension, depression, melancholy, apathy, fatigue, and also improves concentration. It is used in case of heavy eye strain (such as working on a computer), tones the heart and blood vessels, improves appetite, and removes toxins from the body.

This mixture is used in cosmetology to normalize water and fat metabolism in case of cellulite and obesity.

Usage:

Aroma lamp: Add 2 tbsp to an aroma lamp  spoons of water, add 1-2 drops of the mixture for a width of 3 ^m2 .

Duration of the procedure: about 30 minutes.

Cold inhalation: put 3-5 drops of the mixture on a napkin, take 10-20 slow deep breaths, followed by 5-7 short breaths and breaths. Repeat the entire procedure 2-5 times with a 1-minute break after each time.

Aromatic shower: dilute 2-3 drops of the mixture with 1 tablespoon of shower gel or liquid soap (you can also mix 5-7 drops of the mixture with 1 tablespoon  spoon of vegetable oil), pat into the skin with light movements (do not touch the face and intimate areas), then wash.

Baths and saunas: you can prepare this aromatic solution: add 5-10 drops of the mixture to 1-2 tablespoons  spoons of honey (or sea salt, buttermilk, cream), dilute the resulting mixture with 500 ml of water. In saunas, you can use 1-1.5 l of the aromatic mixture to wet wooden floors, brooms, and the surface of stoves. In saunas, place a 200-300 ml container with the aromatic mixture on the stove in the steam room, and also use it to sprinkle benches and walls. Duration of the procedure: 3-20 min. (increase the duration gradually).

Compresses/rubs: you can prepare this mixture: add 5 drops of the mixture to 10-15 ml (dessert or table spoon) of fatty oil or vodka, moisten a napkin in the prepared mixture and place it on the problem area (for example, on the chest) or rub it strongly.

Massage: the massage effect will be enhanced by adding 3-7 drops of the aromatic mixture to 10-15 ml of dessert or food  a spoonful of massage cream or fatty oil.
