Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera ), better known in this country as poison gooseberry, winter cherry or Indian ginseng, is a widespread plant of the nightshade family. Because of its various properties, Ashwagandha has played an important role as a dietary supplement for millennia. The use of the plant has a particularly long tradition in India.

Today, Ashwagandha is one of the best-studied plants, with particular attention to its withanolides; secondary phytochemicals. Each of our capsules contains 600 mg of Ashwagandha extract.

Composition: Ashwagandha extract (85%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, maltodextrin, release agent magnesium stearate.
