Sanct Bernhard milk thistle capsules are a food supplement with silymarin, choline and zinc.

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is an extremely beautiful plant with purple flowers and spiky stems and leaves belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is especially common in the Mediterranean region, where it grows in dry, stony soils, roadsides and pastures. Its seed-like fruits yield a complex of substances called silymarin, based on the scientific name of milk thistle.

Only a healthy liver can produce bile, which is important for digestion. That's why we've included the vitamin-like substance choline, which has been shown to contribute to normal fat metabolism and the maintenance of normal, healthy liver function. The trace element zinc is a component of various enzymes and, among other things, makes a valuable contribution to the normal metabolism of fats, fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins.
Each capsule contains 200 mg of dried milkweed fruit extract.

Recommended dose:
