Vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins that our body needs but cannot make on its own. Therefore, it depends on an adequate food supply. As recently confirmed by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), vitamin E as an antioxidant helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress can be caused by smoking, increased UV radiation, or other environmental exposures.
Each vitamin E 200 IU capsule contains 134 mg of natural vitamin E, equivalent to 200 international units (IU).
Composition: filler sunflower oil, vitamin E (RRR-alpha-tocopherol), gelatin, humectant glycerin.
