CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a slightly modified form of the essential Omega 6 fatty acid linoleic acid. Dietary CLA comes mainly from milk and beef fat, but is usually much lower than the amount available from supplements. The CLA in this formula is derived from non-GMO safflower seed oil.
