Maltodextrin; L-arginine hydrochloride; magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium lactate); L-glutamine; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA); D-aspartic acid (DAA); L-lysine hydrochloride; L-ornithine L-aspartate; L-tryptophan; flavourings; valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) [4:1]; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) [4:1]; anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide); acidity regulator (malic acid); thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose); zinc (zinc gluconate); sweetener (sucralose); colour (beta-carotene); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); melatonin. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
How to use:
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 9 g (1.5 scoops) in 150 ml of water. Use 1 serving daily, preferably 30-60 min. before bedtime.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Storage:
Out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
