- 180 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPR) (18%);
- 120 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (12%);
- 10 mg of vitamin E (83.3% RMV*).

Use and dosage:
For adults, take 1 capsule per day with a meal, with a small amount of water. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. Should not be used as a meal replacement.
